Healing in Community with Horses
Hi! My name is Abigail. I was three when I met my first best friend: a paint filly named Dolly. Nearly all of my favorite childhood memories involve a horse—and my mom cheering me on nearby.
After losing my mother, my grandmother, and my little brother, Monte in the span of four years, horses were the only thing that could still my mind. Reclaiming my love for riding illuminated my path forward at the darkest point of my life. Girls Love Horses was born of my own grief journey. 100% of the proceeds of our events go toward expanding Chicago K-12 girls' access to the healing power of horses.

100% of the proceeds from each Girls Love Horses event goes directly to our girls' access program.
We partner with Chicago-area youth organizations, schools, and stables to identify girls who may never otherwise have the opportunity to ride.
